In 2008 and 2009 we have helped Lindab of Sweden in evaluating their strategic position, identifying possible targets to acquire and other possible ways to strengthen their position on the Russian market. We have made our work in all segments of the Lindab operations, including ventilation and metal frames and structures units.
In 2006 we helped Teknos Plc of Finland, one of the leading industrial paints producers in the Nordics to assess market potential and identify possible acquisition targets in Russia.
In area of building and maintenance of the industrial systems we have in 2006-2007 also assisted industrial services unit of YIT (currently Caverion Plc) in strategy update related to the development of the Russian business, organic and via acquisitions, identification of the possible acquisition targets in Moscow and St Petersburg markets.
