Norte Capital announces the successful completion of the sale by Ahlstrom-Munksjo of a minority stake in PJSC “Troitskaya Paper Mill”

Norte Capital announces the successful completion of the transaction of the sale by Ahlstrom-Munksjo of a minority stake in PJCS “Troitskaya Paper Mill” to the largest Russian aluminum producer.


Norte Capital acted as the exclusive Financial Advisor to the selling party. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.

Ahlstrom-Munksjo is a global leader in the design, manufacture and sale of high performance fiber materials. The company’s offer includes filter materials, exhaust liners, materials for food and beverage processing, decorative paper, abrasive and tape substrates, electrical paper, fiberglass materials, medical fiber materials and diagnostic solutions, as well as a number of special papers for industrial and consumer end use.
